Photographs are allowed providing you ask and receive approval from each exhibitor prior to taking pictures.
The convention center is wheelchair/scooter accessible and is ADA-compliant. Wheelchair & scooter rentals vary by city.
To be eligible to win, all you have to do is register and attend the show! Each day of the show, one lucky attendee will be selected to win Buyer Bucks, valued at $500. Buyer Bucks can be spent with any participating exhibitor. Buyer Bucks are redeemable during the show or within 45 days after the show closes and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or in the classrooms at any time (no exceptions). Please make childcare arrangements prior to arriving at the show. There is no childcare available at the convention center.
Your badge will be printed in the Registration area at the show. Simply check-in or scan QR code provided in email confirmation on iPad kiosk.
Participate in any of the classes in the classroom training and you’ll receive a Recognized Professional certificate.
The Recognized Professional Program is a continuing education program created exclusively for participants of the Training by Exhibitors program at GRAPHICS PRO EXPO. Those who complete the requirements will receive a PDF certificate, suitable for printing and framing as well as posting on their website.
Many exhibitors presenting classes send out class information approximately 2 weeks before the show, so if you want to receive specific information for the classes you are interested in, we suggest that you update your class selections. To update classes you may do through link provided on confirmation email, or update in the Expo Pass App once available (open around 1 week prior to event). If you decide you want to change classes at the show, we’ve made it easy and convenient for you to switch – simply show up at the class you want to attend and get your badge scanned! No further action is needed.
Yes. All classes are included with your registration. Once registered, you may update your class selections at anytime in the attendee portal or in event app (once available).
Our training program consists of all-day and half-day classes and 90-minute classes led by industry leaders. Learn from respected authorities who will present current and relevant topics that will help grow your business. All training is included in your registration. Ask questions, get answers and leave inspired!

Attendee (and Guest) registration costs range based on time:
- Early Bird: $5.95 (ends 60 days prior)
- Discount: $9.95 (ends 30 days prior)
- Regular Price: $19.95 (through last day of show, includes onsite registrations)

GRAPHICS PRO EXPO Attendee Refund Policy
- All changes, substitutions, and cancellations for attendees must be made in writing, via email to: gpxinfo@cahabamedia.com
- Refunds will only be given for attendee cancellations received in writing at least 30 calendar days prior to the event date (for example, for GPX Irving, TX by February 7, 2025). *Refunds include transaction amounts only. No refunds on any CC fees made at time of purchase.
- No refunds will be given for “no shows” or cancellations received after the above noted date.
- An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email with your registration details will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
GRAPHICS PRO EXPO welcomes international visitors from around the world. To obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from GRAPHICS PRO EXPO, which we are happy to provide upon request.

When you register for a GRAPHICS PRO EXPO event, you are able to select a free Basic Subscription when filling out your contact information. Once your registration is submitted, you will be subscribed to the magazine. If you are not registering for an event at this time, you can also click here to subscribe.

Yes. Since everyone needs their own badge to enter the exhibit hall, we require each individual to complete a registration. When registering – select Attendee Registration for yourself, Additional Attendee Registration for anyone in your company, and Guest Registration for anyone over 12 years old that is not apart of company.
Your email address is our way of identifying your individual registration record. It is required to have a unique email for each individual registering online. If your company only has one shared email address, you may consider opening a free email account (i.e. Google, Outlook) for each registrant.
If you have already registered and would like to update or make changes to your registration, you may do so in the attendee portal or in the app, or you may always email gpxinfo@cahabamedia.com. No time in advance? You may also make changes at the show by going to the Registration area.
If you have registered, your name will be in our system and you will be able to get your badge in the registration area without your confirmation. If you prefer to have a copy of your confirmation, email us at gpxinfo@cahabamedia.com.
