Time is Money. We know that, but how do we act on that? And what if you have a small shop with just a few employees? Or, what if the ONLY employee is YOU? Lori Champagne had a small shop near San Diego with four employees, and now has an even smaller shop near Detroit, where it is just her and Nat the Cat. She will share her experiences and lessons in maximizing production output and minimizing machine down time in a small business. She will also address aspects of shop layout and design, as well as and how to be a one-person assembly line. Being organized is key!
