Her extraordinary commitment to her clients’ success has secured her reputation not only among HR professionals but also in the community of business owners as a leader and a confidant. In 2012 Lusinè ventured into business ownership. Utilizing innovation and best practices to solve complex scenarios, she built and elevated multiple small businesses. As a tenacious networker, her passion for human capital management has allowed her to lead and serve communities in DFW and since 2022 she has been serving as the Compensation Consultant for the City of Dallas and the DFW Airport. As part of her community service, Lusinè also shares her time as the Vice Chair of the Parish Council at St. Sarkis Armenian Church and offers her services for upskilling projects across DFW through various charitable organizations.
